By accessing or using Commonground ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including administrators, board members, and residents.
Commonground is a community management platform designed for residential communities, condo associations, apartment communities, and neighborhood groups. The Service includes tools for announcements, document management, maintenance requests, community voting, event calendars, and AI-assisted community management features.
Free Trial:
New accounts are eligible for a 30-day free trial on paid plans. No credit card is required to start a trial. After the trial period, a valid payment method is required to continue using paid features.

You retain ownership of all content you submit to Commonground. By posting content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. We do not claim ownership over your community's data.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of content posted within your community.
Commonground includes AI-powered tools including a meeting minutes generator, announcement generator, and community assistant. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed by a human before publishing or acting upon it. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in AI-generated outputs.
You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data may be deleted after 30 days.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Commonground is a management tool and is not a substitute for legal advice, professional property management services, or official community governance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Commonground shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
